We are visiters from Mexico. On Nov. 4, 2022, after 10:30 PM, my son of 17 got Diablo Dare, a very hot hamburger. It was quite... hot and spicy even for somebody from Mexico. The next day, he started to complain about his stomach ache. The pain got worse inthe afternoon. Apparently it was a very intense pain that he could not even lay down for some time. We gave him a pain killertablet. He then could lay down and seemed to have recovered by the evening. What was the cause? An old sauce they used? Anysanitary condition at the small place? At the same time, I had a regular burger myself with breaded chicken and had no problemlater. It was indeed alarming to see my son suffering so much. Read more

Am a night regular costumer at Arby's, and I gotta tell you, Maria is the best. She knows my order, and name, and what condiment... I like with my food. She makes me feel very welcomed. Went to arbys for the first time with my wife and kids, during mid afternoon and as soon as we walked in there was an employee... sitting on the table, on her phone, we went back the next night cause the food was that good. And the employee in the nightshift were amazing tending to are every need, greeting us as soon as we came through the door, and greeting us good bye have agood night on are way out. Amazing customer service. Most definitely going back during night hours. I didn't caught youremployees name but it was a younger lady and a older lady, and it was on a Friday. Service has improved greatly with a new shift manager on board. Sandwiches are still the best. But my fries were luke warm and... chewy and my apple turnover was truly cold. They still need to work more on overall quality. I still love Arby's though. Read more
Cheese stick with no cheese! The girl did not ask if we wanted the meals or tell us about the 2 for $6. We weren't informed that... if we only get 1 off that deal it will still be $6. Never again! Read more
I can't not believe it. The food was cold!!!! The kitchen look durty. I was about to walk out but my boyfriend haven't tried so... we stayed. They where playing the music so loud in the background that I couldn't even order, plus the music already on therestaurant. They had no milkshake available. This is a good restaurant to get a quick bite to eat. They currently offer limited dining room seating due to what appears to be... remodeling taking place in part of the dining room. But, there's always a place to sit if you're not ordering takeaway. Therestrooms are clean; one dedicated to woman only, the other gender neutral. The food is prepared when you order it versus otherfast food chains practices. The staff have a decent attitude for the most part. They greet you when you walk in the door. Theyare presentable with a professional look. We enjoy interacting with the evening staff. They are very friendly andaccommodating. If you want extras like condiments, you'll have to ask for them. This is a great practice to curb waste and keepconsumer prices down. Definitely try their cherry and apple turnovers. Perfect with your meal or for that decadent, midnightsnack later.
