Yesterday me and my fiance ate here we walked in and the two young gentleman we're very nice and friendly. I had the chicken... bowl and my fiance had a pork burrito the black beans were hard and queso tasted weird. I was up all night last night on thetoilet. I am sorry but you guys need to check dates before serving bad/ no good food to customers. Throw it away if itsobviously no good instead of serving it to get customers sick like me and my fiance did. You guys should know better than toserve Bad Food. And lastly the restaurant like the tables, the floor, and bathroom were filthy. We would NEVER come back hereagain!!!!!!! Read more
The soda machine is always filthy. This time both machines had fuzzy clusters of mold collecting on the nozzle and dispenser... ring. As someone who once worked with these machines, I can confidently tell you those machines haven't seen a deep cleaning inover a year- maybe more. Asked for bottled drinks instead, was offered bottle water. Read more
2 Young Guys (Staff) were Very Nice and friendly at your Palm Coast, FL location So none of this is their fault! Bad part is... your Prices keep going up. Obviously, the management your staff works for is continuing to cut back on what your customer'sreally want when they place their order and what you allow your staff to give them. Since the majority of your customers, do not take one of everything we think the customer should be able to get what they ask for when ordering instead of yourproportions continuing to become so skimpy. We are a weekly customer, so it really makes us start thinking that maybe weshould start spending our money elsewhere where we are appreciated~ We do however, really hope things will change and will defgive you another try. The guy who was making my food had a real attitude, threw the burrito tortilla on the table and said what do you want? Meanwhile... he dropped his glove on the floor and reused it to make my food. When I asked for a southwest sauce on my homewrecker he putChipotle sauce. Then I asked for salsa with my chips and he pointed over to the stand and said "get it yourself". He dropped myfood in front of me like I was annoying him. Management needs to step in and remove this employee. I will not visit this storeagain. Read more
