Very small place, hard to accommodate our party of 6 last night. Suggestion for kids pasta would be 4-5 smaller meatballs... instead of one large one that they can't cut & hard to pickup to bite. 2 large pizzas ordered, I also suggest adding justalittle more sauce on the pizza & distributing toppings evenly over the pizza. Ordered the Italian Wedding soup and some garlic knots since I wasn't feeling well. The soup is NOT Italian Wedding, it's... chicken noodle soup broth with meatballs and spinach... The garlic knots taste good but were definitely overcooked. I'm not sureif it's just my luck, but every take out experience I've had has been mediocre and even on delivery they mess up often. The food at this location is great, and for the most part the staff is kind and respectful, with the exception of Stacy, she is... loud, rude and disrespectful. When customers walks in, they should feel welcome and should be able enjoy their meal instead youare met with screaming and confusion. Stacy many time stated very loudly how she hates her job, how she wants to drink on thejob, how someone should take her away or shoot her because she is so miserable, and how the cook was hangover. I understand thatlong waits is part of the new normal now, but it makes it much more unpleasant to wait in this type of environment. Read more
We've been ordering from mezaluna for almost 3 years now. We like their pizza although the quality can be inconsistent... sometimes. Some orders have been better than others and they lack good customer service. However, this last order washorrendous. We ordered a cheese pizza and it tasted like they poured salt on it. Not just that it was a little salty, no, it waslike the salt spilled into the sauce and they decided to use it anyway! We called to let them know and they offered nocompensation other than for us to drive the pizza back to them and they would remake it. We couldn't possibly be the only onesto have made this complaint Thursday night, September 8th, 2022. Yet, they acted as if we were. We weren't about to take thepizza back and wait for another. Due to there seemingly lack of concern for their customers and quality of service, this will bethe last time we go to this establishment. In the future, offer a raincheck or to reimburse your customers. Offer to deliver anew pizza. We understand mistakes are made but own up to them and offer to make compensation. Read more

This is the 2nd Time I purchased pizza from this restaurant and got cold pizza and burnt crust. I'm upset. The girl at the... register was too busy to find out about my order and they had my order sitting on top of the stove or the oven or whatever youpull that big thing and it was just sitting there no wonder why it was cold I'm not going to go back to that place because thepizza there and the people there are not nice it's like an assembly line I mean when I buy pizza and I have to spend 14 or $17my pizza should be hot and delicious and it was not not at this place I'm not going back doesn't pay to even cool up the manageror the only complain because will they do is say oh I'm so sorry we'll do better next time well there's not going to be any morenext time Read more
