I was a loyal customer for 12 years. Last week myself and associates, where disappointed with customer service during our... visit. There is a long time hostess/waitress who tends to be rude, uncaring and makes frequent mistakes. A salad was deliveredto the table without chicken that was ordered Later, a vegetable roll was delivered to our table. We clearly stated we did notorder it. The vegetable roll taken away. Yet the vegetable roll was added to the bill. The payer did not have their glassesand did not see the error in billing until they left town. The rest of the staff is polite and helpful, but I will notreturn. The owner likes to respond to criticism with a sharp tongue, so have at it! This New Yorker understands the game. Read more

Love this place. When we have extra money to spend we always choose these guys over everyone else. Everything made from... scratch nothing had a prepackaged taste like your chain restaurant have that taste to it. This place is worth every penny youspend. If your order is large is better to call . I ordered a pizza and eggplant rollatini from Joe?s Pizza. The eggplant was undercooked and the pizza was burnt on the bottom... (see photo). I called to tell them of my dissatisfaction and was offered only a 1/2 credit. They did offer to remake the orderbut that would have taken at least an hour plus and we just were not feeling like waiting that long. $50 down the drain! Read more

My 10 year old grandson could manage this place better than they do. Clearly, they have not been schooled in good customer... service. After I shared my bad experience with my co-workers they said I should have asked about this place first. NONE of themgo there for the same reason: poor management resulting in poor customer service. Their food is mediocre at best. Honestly,doesn't even deserve the one star rating. The response just supports my review. Way to write your own narrative of what reallytook place. We immediately told them we ordered a slice, not a whole pizza. We were told we could have a free dessert ascompensation for YOUR mistake. Gee, thanks. And to go the "Karen" route... real professional. I see plenty of lousy reviews fromother people. Your marketing team is just as bad as your management. I must thank you for banning us for life. A lot of the reviews say get the garlic knots, and now I know why - they were top shelf. Could have made a meal of just those... knots, but I did get the spaghetti and meatballs. If you can't make decent spaghetti and meatballs you have no business callingyourself an Italian restaurant. Joe's has no worries as the meatballs were big and tasty and there was enough left over forlunch the next day. The whole staff took care of us at some point and we got some cannoli's to go. Looking forward to tryingtheir pizza on our next trip to Palm Coast Read more
