My favorite pizzeria in Palm Coast. Their "Brooklyn Pizza" is terrific, and the Tiramisu is mouth-watering awesome! The owner... has probably been making pizza locally longer than anyone else in the area. When I moved here 21 years ago, he had the littlePizza kiosk behind the old Publix (now Hobby Lobby). Ordered delivery, was told 30-45 mins. Acceptable. After 1 hour we called. Was told food wasn?t put in the oven yet it would be... another 20mins. After 20 MORE mins food still not here. After 1.5 hours food arrives. Had I been prepared for an 1.5 hour wait Iwould have understood. Food that wasn?t put in yet was Luke warm and soggy. The fries were a half portion. I would NOT recommenddelivery. Pick up seems to be okay as long as you confirm the order. Otherwise that?s questionable. We visited this location as it was my dad Mario favorite pizza place in Palm Coast. We are from Jersey so we have very high... standards for pizza. We ordered a large cheese pie and a grandma pie with two penne vodka dinner dishes. The pizza was verygood and had a good cheese. The penne vodka was good too with a good sauce. Ordered 1 hour ahead. Service at pickup was great, workers were friendly. Got 6 pizzas and garlic knots. Manhattan and Brooklyn... pizzas were the best! Staten Island, Margherita, and pepperoni pizzas were great. Quarrto Formaggio was okay. We were expectingit to be like a Quattro Formaggi but was not due to the cheese being different. The garlic knots were good. Baked but still alittle doughy. A lot of garlic on them and the sauce makes them 100% better. Everyone loved the sauce! I did not take photos of the other meals, but I'm so happy we found this place. The muscles marinara take me to a memory... locked away from my childhood. The buschetta is also a pretty amazing blend of flavors that blew me away. The young lady whotook care of us was wonderful.
