Ordered a 30 piece but received 20 and then barely and sauce. Over $40 and afraid to put any sauce on the chicken

Too many small pieces of chicken that they serve lukewarm, just not a good deal for the quality they provide these days. I can't... imagine why the food isn't hot unless they are preparing it ahead of time. That does seem likely since they can have your foodready in less than two minutes. Employee was rude and extremely unprofessional on the phone. If I wasn't picking up someone's doordash order I definitely would... not have sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes because for whatever reason the lobby was closed at 830pm. We?ve enjoyed their Traditional Wings, love the Spicy Signature Club Sandwich but our favorite is the Chicken Fingerz?.... Hand-breaded on generous size chicken strips they have that perfect crunch when you bite into them, dip them in your sauce andyou?ve got a great snack or meal. They offer a variety of chicken meals on their menu, including salads. Their drive-through isquit fast, you can also eat inside which is very clean and their staff is friendly and helpful. The service wasn?t good at all..they charged me for 2 salads and yet gave me one! Also told me to pull around the front but... nobody showed up! I also waited prior at the window for someone to come back up to it. And nobody came at the window. I had oneof the employees slam the door in my face and didn?t even greet me.
