I ordered a 40 count wings with 3 sides and had so many issues. First, I never received my side of veggie sticks, 2nd my large... side of parmesan fries were both burnt and greasy, 3rd was that my Korean BBQ wings were hot teriyaki and finally, I tried tocall back 8 times to explain my issues and THE PHONE WAS NEVER ANSWERED, WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL AND VOICEMAIL WAS FULL. Ordered 30 wings, missing 10 cajun. Drove back from SLW cuz they wouldn't answer the phone (too busy standing around both times... inside store) Told they would fix it. Received 10 honey hot instead after telling them 3 times the correct flavor. By the timewe got back home, the fries were disgusting. I wouldn't waste your time/money eating here. Read more
I'm sorry but what did I just get? I ordered the 10pc boneless combo; Korean Bbq and Hawaiian. The Hawaiian wings taste nothing... like what they should (or have in the past). But these fries... When did Wingstop start having wedges and steak fries?Disappointed. Read more
They're fast and counter personnel are professional and courteous, but the wings were trash at the location. I ordered lemon... pepper wings and the cook over-salted them so much that my wife wanted me to go get our money back . But knowing they were friedhard , I just rinsed them off and they were delicious. Young workers need more training in the kitchen. So give it to them. Noone needs to get written up or fired , it's management's fault. Do better, longer training. Teach employees that the customersare the currency , not an annoyance. Satisfied customers = future raises , and more locations with promotions in place. Don'tlet poor judgment destroy your business. Read more

Absolutely ridiculous. Wings were burnt completely not dry rubbed properly and had 3 inches of greese in the box. No excuse for... it either I personally looked at their orders and there were a grand total of 2 customers in the store besides myself. Wasliterally in there at 4:30 and got home to find this nonsense as my meal.
