Two stars because I haven?t died from the food (yet). The seafood soup is flavorless even after I asked for it to be spicy.... Beyond the lack of taste, I found that some of the sea food items had an unpleasant taste. The crab (which I believe to beimitation) was pretty good. The texture of the crab was different than what you?d usually find in a soup but like I said ittasted good! The main reason for posting this is that about 10 mins after eating I had some pretty bad stomach issues, I believethat to be from the fowl tasting seafood. I eat really spicy Korean food all of the time so I doubt the spice is to blame forit. Someone needs to open a legitimate Korean restaurant in PSL. I hate having to go to Palm Beach/Stuart for legit asian food. Read more
Food is good but the customer service sucks!!!! This was our go to Chinese restaurant but with the service lately we have been... pushed to find a new spot. The last few orders we placed they were missing food or they got the order wrong. When we called totell them about our order we were always told to basically just keep the wrong food they sent or it would be hours to deliverthe correct one. The last straw was two weeks ago when they forgot to include our crab Rangoon in our bag. I spoke to someonewho said they would deliver as soon as they could, I knew how busy they were so I was ok with waiting. But then 3 calls laterfrom the manager, the bagger and the driver we were questioned on where the food was bc they Knew it was in our bag. With beingaccused of basically stealing food that We Paid For I threw in the towel with this one. Read more
Tonight was the first time we ordered from the Jade Bowl. I am surprised that the flavors are completely different from our... usual take-out place, Chinatown across the street which closes too early, at 9pm. Jade food feels way less greasy yet still veryflavorful! I even enjoyed the plain white rice. We ordered General Tso's chicken, seshuan beef, triple delight and mushu porkdinner specials. Everything was different from what we are used to, yet not different in a bad way. Just different. We enjoyedeverything. Our family of 4 had our faces stuffed and couldn't finish all 4 meals. So portions are rather generous,notwithstanding the food shortage and the rising food prices. I was particularly impressed with the whole unopened bag of wrapsthat came with mushu pork. It was a very nice touch. All in all, I am going to order from this place again, try some otherdishes, and would definitely recommend everyone in the neighborhood to try it out :) Thank you! I keep giving this place a chance but always seem disappointed. Crab Rangoon's were flat like a pancake , where's the filling? ... I Ordered two Orange Chicken Combo's...one was "okay" but the other i ordered with white meat and it came with this odd chewycoating that was terrible. The fried rice was good. It seems to me they have changed their products, not the same food. Read more
**Update** Disappointed in the food flavor. The Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, and General Tsos all taste the same. Egg rolls... are always cold as well. I have given them many chances, and the outcome was the same. Poor quality. I will not be orderingagain. **previous comment posted 1yr ago** Generous portions. I was a bit disappointed with the Crab Rangoon. There was not alot of filling. I ordered delivery. The Lomain and General Tsos were hot, but the spring rolls and Crab Rangoon were cold. This is the best chinese food I can find in Florida, loved the employees they are very nice and polite. The young cashiers were... also lovely I love their vibes . Definitely recommend this wonderful place to all my families and friends. Read more
Amazing staff, very communicative with each other. Ordered delivery and was unable to get ahold of them to tell them about my... allergy until the driver got there. They remade my food and sent him back out for no additional charge, I tipped him cash on topof the tip I included with the order. Great place with great food for a great price! Read more
