Excellent customer service, pizza was great, just don?t order the funnel cake. It probably comes off the truck already cooked... and frozen, we order a funnel cake last night and you could definitely tell it wasn?t fresh!! By the taste and texture of thefunnel cake you could that they threw it in the microwave and reheated it to serve. Horrible customer service. Order over the phone, 25 min till ready. Arrive to pick up, they never put the order in, wait another... 25 min. get home and they forgot the pizza part of the order. This place is pretty solid. The thing is when you go to have pizza at a place like this is that you eat it there. Putting a... pizza into carboard for 30 mins is no good. It changes the entire thing and eliminates any crispness etc. All in all this placeis good pizza. Not the best in the area by far but its solid. As for their pastas and other foods, I think they really arequite good. Again, the bread etc will be soggy by the time you get home but id put the actual quality of flavors here on parwith some of the better pastas in the area. Pizza pies 4.5 stars , customer service 5stars , everything else 3 stars This was our fifth visit, in the past visits we have... always gotten pizza and they have always been so good! This visit we tried the sampler appetizer ($17) and it was just ok. Themozzarella,garlic bread , fried ravioli I felt was over cooked and the wings need more flavor their dangerous wing sauce was notspicy . Side salad was average, the bread for their hero was underwhelming could have used garlic butter or butter. Bathroomswere clean but more like surface clean, a/c vent door and crevices could use a deep clean. Very good pizza experience here. My Cousin Vinny had the perfect blend of meat and veggies. Very good sauce and the dough was... very good. The service is excellent and the place is very clean. I think the beer price was about a $1 too high. Good vibehere. Read more
