Does not carry regular mayonnaise. Only light mayo. All other subways carry this. Workers rude when asked.

I had a coupon for any footlong sub for 5 dollars. The girl at the counter pointed to a sign taped to the counter that said, "... Due to the increased price of food items, we can no longer accept coupons at this location". I'm quite aware of the higher costof food, hence the coupon. Was stuck only ordering a 6-inch sub because most of their subs are now over 10 dollars for a wholesub. When I got home and opened the sub, I realized that she gave me stale, rock hard bread. So, I ended up tossing it in thegarbage because it was totally inedible. Will never step foot in a Subway again. Read more

Went to subway tonight did an online order. Opened my sub no meat no cheese. I called on the phone the lady apologized for... forgetting the meat but insisted she put cheese on it. Another person opened their sub no cheese on that one. She refused togive cheese for the sub. She also refused to give me the manger or the owners phone number. Both her and the boy working withher said they have no manager or owner. I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Read more

Ordered online and paid, received confirmation email and was charged. When my wife arrived to the store they had no order and... made her pay again to get the subs as well as didn?t honor the discount code we had originally. They told her to go online toget the money back. Read more

Placed order for pickup and had to wait over 35 after the pickup time. Asked the one person staff re the long wait and said not... her problem. She asked if I noticed that she was just one person. Told her not blind. So per her, the walk ins will alwayssupercede the online orders. Honestly, defeats the purpose of online ordering. Why offer it at all if u still have to waituntil the store empties out for ur order to start getting prepped. Lousy owner for staffing one employee during lunchtime. Read more
