I go to this dunkin nearly almost EVERYDAY I get the SAME order EVERYDAY nothing changes ? small frozen coffee with 6 shots of... Carmel swirls and WHIPPED CREAM ON TOP.. with 2 orders of hash brown ? same order EVERYDAY. The first time I let this slide Ihad the employee tell me in the drive thru ( when THEY FORGOT TO ADD WHIPPED CREAM ) the employee had theaudacity to tell me ?you are slowing us down you should have said that the first time ? WHICH I DID ( bad customer service ). Than another time Iwent there was someone new at the drive thru that time ( sweet lady ) but I briefly explained my order through the drive thru.And they STILL don?t get my order right. I don?t know if they are short staff but they NEED to hire people who actually want towork ?? And will make your order with compassion cause this is INSANE !!! How is it my fault you guys can?t get the order right??? When I briefly said my order. I literally only go to this location because it?s a dollar less here at this location for aFrozen coffee. But I will be going to a different location. They NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF OR PEOPLE WHO CAN MANAGE WORKING INCUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Read more

I despise coming to this Dunkin. I understand this one gets busy but this location can't get my order right regardless of what... time I come I honestly believe it's the owner. I understand that the line gets long in the morning, hence why I order ahead of time on my mobile app. When I take my husband to... work, I stop at this location. But it's almost to the point where I'd rather go out of my way to go to a different locationinstead. Literally every single time I get to the window (or even go inside), half or most of my order is missing and I have totell them what I'm missing. There's no point in ordering ahead of time at this location when I have to sit there and wait for itto be made. I'll go elsewhere. Read more
Laura in the drive through was so nasty. She was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She clearly does not Want to work there. My... husband and I were laughing having a great morning ordering our coffee and she had a very nasty attitude you could just tell howmiserable she was.
