Generally fast service, consistency leaves something to be desired. Too many times the same order comes out differently. Also,... they need a new pizza cutter, I end up having to cut it again almost every time I order. Read more
I started ordering from this store as soon as they first opened, at the beginning everything was perfect, orders on time food... very good, now this is the third time I get my order wrong, on the past two wrong orders I called to let them know they offeredme to send me something extra for my next purchase but I never did asked for anything extra. well on the third time I asked toreturn my money and Issac did return it? maybe they can learn to do things right. That?s a pan NOT!!! This had to be the worst pizza I have ever had in my life it was more of a flat bread than a pan pizza and... most of the pieces didn?t even have any sausage on them. Read more
Was a quick in and out thing probably because of the time of night. The pasta bowl tasted great. Staff was nice.
I recently ordered brownies that were a credit due to a previous order that was made wrong. Well it happened again, my brownies... were burnt on the bottom of each one. And they were hard. Really?! I don't know if they didn't care how they cooked my browniesbecause they were "free". Or if they were in the oven too long. Or they just didn't want to make a new batch of brownies afterthey burnt mine. Either way that's poor customer service. So I guess I have to go back to the other dominos, which isn't for myarea. But it will be worth the the extra miles just to get my order right. Becker Rd. has messed up my order at least 3 times ina row. In their defense the managers are always friendly and willing to give me a credit for the mistakes in making my order. Read more
