Slow , constantly mess up your order even though you more than likely have to wait 10 mins with only one car infront of you.... Disabled the ability to redeem rewards on the app. No BK operates like this in other cities. Read more
DO NOT GO EVER GO TO THIS FRANCHISE. I went there on a Sunday around 9pm and walked in thinking it would be faster than the... drive through. I was standing at the front counter and was ignored for 25 minutes. Finally when I mentioned, I have beenstanding here for 25 minutes and no one ask how can I help. Only come here if you have a lot of time and definitely not with hungry kids in the car. My husband was able to walk over to... Bravo?s, buy a few things, walk back over to BK and we STILL had to wait on our order. They made me pull up to the front doorarea of course rather than wait at the window. Service and food both suck! They are not sanitary they eat while making your food, no gloves, slow and not even busy. Never... going back. Hope it closes. This is your local burger King in Port St Lucie, about on par with the quality of the rest of Port St Lucie... One piece of shoe... leather that has been so overly cooked and dried out that it barely covers half of the bun, 4 shards of lettuce that add up toabout and inch and a half total that look like they were scraped off of the bottom of someone's boot, 1/56th of a teaspoon ofmayo, 1 tiny tomato slice and a slice of onion. Pickle missing. This is at 6pm. All this aside from the fact that I was the onlycar in the drive through and it took them 5 minutes to take my order and another 10 to bag it up. Read more
I hate doing this but this place needs changes ..I got cold food..n I got a cold piece of chicken in between 2 dry buns with... nothing on it..I?m like really?and not only that but when you order tru the drive tru..you get sent to the other side of thebuilding,to wait for cold food,at another line in front of the building..burned fish sandwich..I was sick all nite.
