So disappointed. I write a lot of reviews and almost all are positive but today isn't one of those days. We have been going to... Big Slice for several years now and have always been satisfied with our order. I used to have to stop myself from eating anentire pizza myself because it was so good! Tonight we got pizzas and I could hardly finish two slices. The crust hardly seemedcooked through. So bummed. The cinnamon bites used to be our favorite but the ones we received tonight were flavorless anddisappointing. We'll have to find a new go-to spot. Read more

I am absolutely a fan of Big Slice. From the first time I ordered my favorite white pizza with tomatoes, to their calzones,... their spaghetti and meatballs, and their ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL garlic knots, I have NEVER been disappointed. I won?t order myItalian food from anyplace else. Best pizza in Martin or Saint Lucie County, hands down. We have been ordering from Big Slice 1-2 times per week for the past 4ish years. Most of the time the pizza is delicious, staff... is friendly and speedy. The last couple times things have been completely different. One of the pizzas looked like they bakedthe box into the pizza. It was completely destroyed. The last two times they have taken 2-3 hours to deliver during non primetimes. When it was approaching 9pm and almost 3 hours past when we ordered the pizza I called to cancel. They were not willingto cancel or provide a refund. I spent a considerable amount of time sharing my concerns and they shrugged them off and said itis to be expected. The pizza was cold when it came and I threw it out. I consider that waste of money a small price to pay tolearn a lesson to never order from them again. For now on I will use a delivery service and a different pizza chain that valuesits long term customers. Read more

Update none of us want free pizza. Service and quality is poor! Lost a customer.......see other reviews that say same thing.... When you purchase a business in a small town DONT CHANGE IT! Was charged extra 2.50 for spinach topping. Called to ask if theyforgot spinach or ran out and they didn't say much Asked for next time to load it up. And i was told no. This is how it comes. Bought pizza from them for close to 2 years till one day i wasn?t happy with my pizza. I had ordered an XL pie with extra cheese... and i received the equivalent of a medium/large pizza and the rest all crust, so i called to make my first ever complaint aboutit. At first they didn?t know how to make it better for me by asking what i wanted to do about it. A well established pizzeriashould have some type of protocol to replace or give a credit for a future pizza when a customer is not happy with it, not here.After 10 mins of them talking back and forth in the background they tell me they will give me a credit for and XL cheese and tojust call and let them know and they would fulfill it for me so i trusted them. When i finally called to claim the pizza theyhad ?credited? to me they tell me they will only credit me 1 topping for my pizza! This is ridiculous, disrespectful andunethical knowing that i had been such a loyal customer to their business! I will never order from them again, they lost acustomer.
