I have never ever done a review in my life this is my first one being a former small business owner I am extremely disappointed.... Number one the customer service from the people working the phones was not very good. Number two the quality of the food as faras getting here was not good either . For example we were told a 45 minute wait for delivery and it was well over 30 minuteslate and the order was not totally fulfilled. The third and biggest problem I have with Big Apple Pizza in Palm City is when Icalled them to tell them what had happened the person I spoke to was extremely rude. I get mistakes are made as I made themmyself in business but there's a better way of handling things than the way this was handled. I love this place! The pizza and pasta are so good, one of my favorite penne a la vodka dishes in the area. The owner Mike is... super friendly and always makes you feel welcome, like you've walked into his personal kitchen. While I completely understand a lack of employees, especially when it comes to delivery, and I can completely understand my... delivery being 45 minutes late because of that, what I can?t accept is the fact that the food was ice cold.
