My wife and I went to Wendy's on Northlake Blvd. for a late lunch one day. It was during the week so the place was empty. The... establishment was very neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous and even helped us choose a meal. The kitchenlooked very clean and the staff seemed well trained in proper food handling and preparation. The meal itself was well preparedand very tasty. We enjoyed our time there. Read more

Staff inside was very rude. When I first walked inside there was a guy at the counter watching TikTok and counting Money.... Completely ignored me, then he ran off and someone who looked like a manager came up and said someone would be right with me.Then proceeded to yell into the back to call someone who ended up being busy. Finally she took my order which was simple, ajunior strawberry frosty. She comes back with chocolate and had to redo it. Will never be back to this location. Staff does notcare about anything. The food was fresh, we got it fast, the one problem I had, I asked for my burger to be fixed a certain way and they didn't do... the way I requested. The lady working the drive thru window, I wouldn't call her rude, but she seemed more concerned withgetting us out of the way. That being said I do like Wendy's, just wish they would acknowledge the customer a little more. Read more

Went to order inside because the line was blocking the road, but staff had locked the doors and weren?t... letting anyone In, even door dash Uber eats etc, despite being open until 1 am, forcing everyone to wait longer and block themain road. Drive thru was quick, friendly & food is still hot at work & tastes great! Omg? their potatoes are awesome! And the review... that says there ?is absolutely no access to parking? must not know how to drive. You bypass the drive thru & there is parkingon the south & east sides. Lol Read more
I was gonna order delivery until I was robbed. $3 service fee? ?This is what allows us to delivery you food? no your a liar.... That is what a delivery fee would be. Which is already $3.50. That is what allows you to deliver my food. Not an extra $3 fee.So I canceled my order. Read more
