Love the traditional and eclectic versions of Cajun food. All of which represent a delicious delight for the palate. They even... have great salads too. The drinks are great, crafted to perfection. The Waiter was awesome. We asked the Waiter for suggestions,and, there were no regrets. Our feast included Fried oysters, BBQ oysters, jambalaya, shrimp poboy, chicken and cornbreadcheddar waffles, cornbread, and green salad. Oh, did I mention BEIGNETS…delicious too. I will start with the reason why I don't give 5 stars: it's hard to communicate because the tables are to big and the volume of... the music (not even the live music) is way too loud and more like a nightclub and not a restaurant. As long as they don't turndown the volume I won't recommend this location for bigger groups or who ever wants to socialize. But now to the many goodpoints: Great and very fast service. Great food because you get food and flavor one usually don't get in this area. The food wasalso very nicely presented. The fried green tomatoes were my highlight but the meat and steaks also looked of high quality. An awesome culinary experience. Sergio was our waiter and even though it was busy he was super attentive and friendly. The... drinks were good but had a bit too much ice for my liking. The fried green tomatoes BLT was definitely the star of our diningexperience and the charred okra a close second. The jambalaya was delicious with the perfect amount of heat. The Cajun salmonwas cooked perfectly and very filling. Can we say beign-YAY ?!? (beignet) great way to end the meal. The only reason it wasgiven a 4 star review is because the music and general acoustics of the restaurant does not lend itself to being able to haveconversations. It seemed very loud but keep your mouth chomping and you won't need to talk. The decor is understated but bringsthe bayou to Palm Beach Gardens with bright green stained glass windows and pops of purple light fixtures. Overall great time..bring your wallet full and enjoy!
