Absolutely terrible location!!!!!!!! I entered the store, said "hi, how are you doing" to one of the workers she said: "what?"... and I am like.... didn't your boss teach you how to properly greet customers? Besides, I ordered a green detox smoothie and Igot 80% ice, they were just making and telling jokes to each other, the other guy who was in the kitchen was showing ME how tothrow the garbage from far, so it would "get into the can", are you serious????????? they need to grow up, they are WORKING, butit seems they are still at school, this is absolutely shameless and Tropical Smoothie Cafe needs better workers ASAP. I would have left a 2 or 3 star review based on the attitude of a lady that works there, but the gentleman by the name "E"... manning the entire front by himself made up for the other lady's attitude. E was extremely friendly and extremely positive evenunder the pressure of having to take orders and make all of the smoothies by himself. 9/15/22 6pm I ordered two Buffalo wraps one without tomato cause my wife is allergic, and two Beach Bums. One with white... chocolate an one with dark chocolate. For sides I ordered chips and the sweet potatoes??.I walk in to two chocolate beach bums,I was walking to the car and just so happened to glance in the bag and I had two chip bags?.so I go back in and ask for my sweetpotatoes. The guy in the back high as hell was like ?we don?t have none? then magically they have some? Doesn?t make sense tome. I finally make it back to the car 25 minutes later go home to find out they put the wrong labels on the wraps. So now mywife and I are sitting in the emergency room cause she ate tomato?s???????? I came by this tropical smoothie around 9, almost 10 at night and despite the time I was energetically greeted by E. Dom so... kindly took my order and Rita was maintaining the stores appearance. I always enjoy my experience when I come to this tropicalsmoothie location. The others could never compare. As a bonus the sunset mango drink was amazing!! I come about once everycouple months but between this drink and the chipotle sandwich, I might have to come more often. Definitely recommend to all!! Read more

I?m one helluva smoothie enthusiast and I?m picky about which smoothie parlors I go to. However, I seen this shop on the way... home and boy was in for a treat. Dominique and E were great merchants from the moment I walked in. Dominique recommended me asmoothie called the Bahama Mama and it had to be the top 3 smoothies of my life. Dominique and E were super nice, super fast andeven helped me pick out my smoothie since there?s such a large selection. I?m new here to Florida but this is my go to spot now,my new favorite spot. I come in to this place a smooth all the time. My order is always correct and delicious. The employees are very happy and always... greet me when I come in. I have no problem especially when they are busy because I know I will get a cool and refreshing drink.I wish I could remember the staffs name but they all are friendly,fast,and efficient.
