I ordered food for delivery last night that never arrived, yet I was still charged (including delivery fee and tip). After... waiting over an hour and calling the store multiple times, well before closing time, I received no answer and was made to waiton hold for over 20 minutes. This review is being posted the following day and the pizza never arrived and I have received nocommunication or response whatsoever. Not only would I not recommend this location, but I will not be ordering from Pizza Hutagain. There are too many quality pizza chains out there to have my money stolen and to not receive the food I ordered or anyform of communication or answer. Read more
If I could give this Pizza Hut no stars I would! The delivery itself took an hour from when they notified me it was out for... delivery. It wouldn?t have bothered me if this wasn?t the first time this has happened. Shame on me for ordering pizza from hereagain! Do yourself a favor and get yourself a frozen pizza and cook it yourself you?ll have a better experience than orderingfrom here. Read more
Food was okay but it arrived lukewarm. The delivery driver spoke 0 English and had trouble understanding what walk into the... building meant. Eventually had to walk outside to help him even though he was parked in front of the door. Read more
I called and asked if there were any specials and they told me no. Only online. I ordered a cheese pizza. I went online and it... was $5 less so I called back with in less than 30 seconds to cancel and let them know I was changing the order. The woman on thephone was upset. And forgot to hang up and I heard her cursing about it in the background. Not sure what's in my pizza now.Lololo. I guess it serves me right for trying to save a few dollars and give them a tip with the extra money. Read more
Food was prepared before we got there, for once. It was also cold, pizza was filled with so much sauce I could have used the... extra for chicken parm, very little cheese and on a few spots missing the cheese entirely. If paying for extra is the equivalentof it barely covering the pizza, do you just skip the cheese all together when it?s made regular? Or maybe at this establishmentthe cook can?t read and thought extra cheese was code for extra sauce? We ended up just throwing it out. No sense in drivingback when the expectations are so low already. Read more
The worst service. At 8:15 I ordered a large spicy PEPPERONI pizza and added Italian sausage. The pizza arrived at 9:15 with NO... PEPPERONI, only sausage (The time it took wasn?t a problem). I called the store, they said they would correct the order and Iwould have to wait another hour (the time was still not an issue even though I was annoyed). At 10:15 a new pizza arrived andonce again, NO PEPPERONI, only sausage?I waited an extra hour to get the same wrong order -__- I knew they closed at 11pm. Pretty horrible. Northlake store by the publix. The driver was all types of messd up on somthing. Everything camed crushed. No... covid seals. When i called the store to talk about it was met with an attitude. The driver pulled up so intoxicated He wasactually drooling on himself my pizza came sideways crushed in the box. I told him 4 different times he brought the wrongorder. The man just kept walkin away from me. Orderd my replacement was ignored 4 diffrent times FINALLY they said they wouldsend a replacement that never came. Waited 4 hours nothin. Read more
