Look, I'm no primadonna. I'm not expecting any McDonald's to be some sort of fancy, white tablecloth restaurant that serves the... freshest of locally-grown products... Especially on a busy Saturday night. Simply put, the staff were awesome and the food washorrible. I wish it were better. After all, who wants horrible food? I understand that this must be a busy location on Saturdayevenings, but the dining room was closed at 10pm and everyone was being served through one lane of the drive-thru. There wasabout a ten minute wait until we got to the ordering menu. Still the ordering process went smoothly and easily, and the personwho took my order was friendly, patient and helpful. Couldn't really have asked for more. Pulling up to the window, paymentwent well and, once again, the cashier was fantastic. The issues came when we pulled away and attempted to eat our food. TheMcRibs and Quarter Pounder were waaaaayyyyyy beyond overcooked. Anything made of meat was unfortunately dry as sawdust and likechewing on shoe leather. It was, like I said in the beginning, horrible. Maybe this place is better when it's less busy. Idunno? From here on out, I'll just avoid this location. There's plenty of other fast food surrounding this location, and anotherMcDonald's within a five minute drive away. If your want friendly service and abysmal food, then this is your place. But if youwant something you'll enjoy eating without such a long wait, go anywhere else. Read more
terrible customer service. came through drive through, while ordering i was ignored at the end. also ordered a dr. pepper they... gave it to me with no ice, asked for it to be fixed and they gave me a cup and said ?you do it? with a attitude. proceeded todrive away to find out i received a diet coke instead. I will start by saying this is not the first time this people act like they don?t wanna work, they are always rude and lazy. I... live across the street so this location is convenient for me. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich advertised with tomatoes andlettuce, looked up in google that is supposed to come with those ingredients, guess what? I got a plain sandwich with 2 slicesof pickles and my chicken, no sauce, no nothing, this place needs to close and these people need to go work somewhere else andlose their jobs, no customer service at all. I was in the drive thru and asked what drinks they have because I don?t drink pop. The employee says ? I don?t know what we... have. It?s the same as what we?ve always had . So I ask her if she can turn around and look at the fountain machine and tell meand she tells me there?s no need to be rude. I just drove off after waiting for five minutes because she said her headset died.Customer service rule number one - you never tell a customer you don?t know . You figure it out . Such a simple task and shedidn?t want to do it. Don?t assume everyone goes so often that they have the menu memorized. Read more
I brought my kids to eat breakfast inside and had a good experience. When I had to drive back because I forgot my girlfriends... sausage biscuit, breakfast was over already and the staff went out of their way to make the breakfast sandwich and also gave me2 hasbrowns. Still 1 star two years later. My last experience there wasn't good and now I don't know if I will be back. Ok if they close at... 12 and I arrived with 1car ahead of me only and after they ordered I pulled up to order at 11. :54 pm told closed about twominutes with conversation about only wanting 2 cheeseburger meal soda for my son and 2 large chocolate Shakes but only if therewas ice cream. Women relayed again "closed". I was in shock I cannot believe what I was hearing. I replied I thought youwhere open till 12am... ok what am I to do Wendy's it was that's And just down the street from them on North lake and wasGreeted with a kind happy to help voice. After one-sided covo with closed lady I in shock and stopped to take pics of female Italked with and noticing I would of been third car in line... and let's face it Macdonalds can be quick, so got pic of employeeand time on my wifi set clock in car. The person taking care of our order was super kind, efficient, and just overall great. Our fries were fresh with nothing burnt... or undercooked. The spicy McChicken sandwich was made just right and the frappe was blended very smoothly. One of the bestexperiences I've had at a McDonald's. Read more
I just stopped by on a weekend at noon, to get coffee and use the restroom. My Capuchino was perfect, and took two minutes to... prepare. The restroom was sparkling clean. The entire place looks modern and clean and roomy, see my photos. Read more
