Driving home I went to this McDonald's and ordered a Big Mac meal. The staff were friendly and quick to respond. As for the... food, it was not quite what I expected. Yes, it was a delicious quarter pounder with cheese and french fries, but both wereserved piping hot. I think it's the hottest fast fast food I've had in years. they don?t give you what you order for, does this look like extra pickles & mayo to u? i think not. my burger is dry. this is... why an empire only last 200 years, stop disappointing your customers. Read more
Put well by another of the reviews that I read: ?a train wreck?. The fact that everything is going up ridiculously in the price... is not a good start. Walked in on a rainy day looking for a sandwich and a peaceful place to sit down. From the first momentloud arguments and somebody singing/screaming in the background as well. The electronic kiosk that was facing me said the kioskwas not working and I should go to the counter. I went to the counter and waited a couple of minutes When finally somebody thatdid not have a very good grasp of my language yelled, from back in the drive through area: ?use kiosk, use kiosk!!, use kioskpease?. So I did as instructed. Not an easy task to those are un-initiated in kiosk use! I ordered a simple big Mac meal to dinein. Was instructed (by the kiosk) to pick up a table tent and have a seat. When my order was ready, I happened been on thetelephone, not only did nobody bring food out, but I was pointedly yelled at to come and pick up my order using the table tentnumber. Presumably table tents are designed to tell the staff where the customer is seated. Otherwise it would be ticket numberwouldn?t it? I had one other interaction with the staff which was equally unpleasant, but won?t go into details. Really doesn?tmatter. I don?t intend to go back there again and perhaps will be avoiding McDonald?s as much as possible in the future. I justhope this will serve someone else, who might be able to find something nice within a couple of blocks, with decent courteousservice, a reasonable price and less hassle. Read more
I tried the curbside at around 9:30 AM on a Saturday, and even asked the woman who brought the food to me in lane #2. "Is the... Mild Salsa in there as I put it on the order?" She said, "Yes". It also took 14 minutes for them to bring it out. The BreakfastBurritos were old and dry, and there was no salsa or ketchup as I had clearly added to the mobile order. Now I see why McDonaldsis having so many problems these days at the store level. The employees cannot get these simple orders correct. Read more
McDonald's is Mc Donald's but this particular store was extremely clean all food tastes just like everyother Mc Donald's but one... thing why I didn't give 5 stars is fast food is not FAST FOOD anymore !!! I spent more time arguing w/ a manager why I didn'twant to use Kious to place my order I don't feel the need to do it when a employee is standing right next to a register orManagement had to break away from his or her duties to push a back button on a Kious machine while a register person is sittingidol .Go back to old ways have someone ring you up get the line moving attack like place order pay for it get customers in thenout make that happen again and your 5 stars will appear again...
