I was a first time customer at this particular restaurant. I wanted to stop in since I was able to walk a little better since my... surgery. I stopped by before and the young man stated that they did not have enough employees to do curbside when I called. Thatwas understandable. Today I went in, the cashier was simi-nice but I could tell she wasn't happy. The sandwich making youngwoman got annoyed when I asked the cashier to ask her to change her gloves because I didn't eat meat. She was filling upcondiments in the sandwich making area. She rolled her eyes at us and said "I aint getting ready to make her sandwich." I feltslapped and shook it off. I waited on my sandwiches got my drink and the young man that gave me my sandwiches was nice, but Iknow he felt how hard the bread was. But gave them to me anyway. I got home (40 min. drive) opened up my sandwich and could notbite into it. Tried the other one, same difference. The bread was incredibly hard. I will continue to eat Jimmy John's becauseI am fond of the menu, but just not this one. Marketing + Quality+Customer Service is key to success. ???????????? Read more

I usually come here twice a week on my lunch break. Its always super fast and delicious! The male employees are very friendly!... Not sure what happened today but I will NEVER return to this location! I ordered my sandwich with mayo and hot peppers. The girlstarted making my sandwich with DIRTY gloves. ????I told the cashier AGAIN, "I wanted mayo.." The girl making my sandwich, readthe ticket and slammed the sandwich upside down on the counter. To remove the contents and add the mayo.???? She started makingthe sandwhich again. Then did the SAME exact thing, where she slammed the sandwich onto the counter, upside down, with dirtygloves! Clearly, completely MISERABLE with a huge attitude! I was SO grossed out that i asked for a refund!! She had a hugeattitude. I said: "you're SLAMMING MY FOOD AROUND...I DONT WANT TO EAT THAT!! Called this location to ask a question regarding curbside pickup, as I had two small children sleeping in the car! And I really... didn?t want to wake them. Kenny answered the phone. He was so patient and helpful. He offered to have an employee run the foodto the car so I didn?t have to get out and wake the kids. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and was so kind. Thislocation is not closest to my home but I will continue visiting this location due to this positive experience. I should add. Thefood was great and fresh. Read more

Besides the fact that I meant to drive to Jersey Mike?s ,but ended up here being absent minded I went inside and decided to get... an unwhich I usually get a sub in a tub at Jersey Mike?s ? anyways?. The cashier has major issues Caridad is his name I believe. He?s very hostile, and argumentative, animated and just ?extra? for no reason ? went on and on about them only accepting cashbecause their card machine that can be ? tapped ? wasn?t working ? my card doesn?t even do that I said can u just insert it ? Hegoes on and on about how he?s not responsible if anything happens to my card ?. What ? Just be quiet because what u said iswrong with the machine doesn?t even apply to you inserting the card ? and low and behold nothing happened ? then he justproceeded to sigh loudly and say a series of oh lords ?.
