The guy working the register had ZERO customer service, you can clearly tell he doesn?t care about his job at all. The manager is very stingy and teaches employees not to fill drink all the way up when you ask for no ice. This actions makes... him admit that he puts lots of ice to give less soda or drink. He is also following COVID-19 rules to the point that he won?ttake any cups back for refills but the rules don?t apply to him bc he was not wearing his face mask properly. After craving a Philly cheesesteak sandwich I decided to give Charleys a try for the first time. Hands down the best one I ever... had. Compliments to the chef, TT, at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall location. She prepared and grilled my steak sandwich toperfection. I ordered the # 9 bacon Philly cheesesteak with Ranch dressing and the ultimate fries. I hate I that I ended upgoing this long without trying Charleys. I?ll definitely be back and I?m already looking forward to my next meal. Also enjoyedthe customer service from the Assistant Manager Michelle. Got in line at 12:00 behind 1 person who ordered 1 sandwich. Didn?t have my own food until well after 1:00. Food was good but... people?s time needs to be taken more into account.
