Arby's is good and this location is nothing special, but national chains are undeserving of more than three stars.

Rudest fast food encounter I have ever experienced. Messed up the entire order, I don't even understand how one can mess up so... much so badly. Disappointing. Read more

Worst it has been in 9 years! While this is my local Arbys, I have eaten there for the last time! Last visit on Aug 15, around... 9pm: 1. Made us wait 7 mins just to take our order at the drive through with no other cars waiting and no patrons inside. 2.When we could not understand exactly what he was asking us, he just yelled exactly the same thing twice again. I was alreadyready to leave, but my wife said "be patient". Finally got order right and drove to pickup window. While we were waiting weheard lots of laughing and clowning around - my wife thought the crew were high, and I had to agree. Waited about 5 mins andrecieved drinks. He came back to the window twice in the next 10 mins saying "waiting for the fries", and "just 5 mins more forthe fries, so 15 mins waiting at the pickup window at an empty restaurant hearing lots of giggling and laughing. We got theorder, I asked my wife to check it, she looked and said 2 sandwiches and 2 fries, looks ok. Home 8 mins later and open bag.Order wrong on "beef and cheddar", was plain roast beef, no cheddar, no onion roll. We threw out most of the fries as theyappear to have been warmed up several times and had many black pieces inside - price $27 - TOTAL RIPOFF!!. I would still go toany other Arby's, but this one after about 6 visits in 9 years has only ever got the order correct about twice. No, I don't havesome foreign accent that makes me difficult to understand. Had this Arbys been good, I would have spent about $5,000 there overthe last decade, but beacause it is SO bad, my total over 10 years has been about $200. Whoever owns this Arbys does obviouslynot care how little money it makes, and if it is franchise-owned, Arbys need to take a serious look at what's going on there inthe interests of everyone. C'mon now. I am an Arby's loyalist. And I'm very patient when it comes to being able to accept the changes in society and... customer service post pandemic and give an extra pause to whatever anyone may be going through. However my experience tonightwhen dealing with Ashley I the drive-thru is inexcusable. There's absolutely no reason for rude behavior when we are justasking questions. If you have something that's not in stock or a size not available that's fine but we need to make adjustmentsto our order in those instances. When we were going to ask a question about the order at the window Ashley immediatelyinterrupted, didn't find out the question we were going to ask, only to state that once an order is sent back to the kitchen wecan't change it. That is to be false according to the manager on duty Andrea. It would have taken reentering the order howeverit can be done. Given we were only going to ask a question, we didn't even say we were going to change our order. But because ofthe defensive nature of Ashley and the rude behavior in anticipation of what we might ask we ended up leaving a prettysignificant order behind and delaying our dinner even further just because we are not here to deal with rude people. Guess shehad to change the order to the kitchen after all. This location has had issues if terrible service at times to exemplaryservice at times. Yet, every time, we go in there being nothing but nice. I'm not sure what kind of customer clientele you have, but anticipating antagonistic behavior from a customer and treating us all bad just because of other people you may have dealtwith or maybe it's just in your innate nature to behave that way is unacceptable. I've been coming to this Arby's since 2000.There is a reason I have slowed my visits, and Ashley was the model for that reason. Do better. Read more

This is used be such a good location. Last 2 times I went through the drive thru, I waited and finally drove up to the window to... see the crew clowning around. Gave my order and got home and was missing 2 items. Both times. Saw the new Chicken Saladadvertised on tv and it looked so good. Gave it another try. Same thing at the drive thru. Sat there and finally drove to thewindow. Same boy was acting like a fool and so unprofessional. Hands me the bag and ...yup....again 2 items missing. My nuggetsand cookies. Got home to more disappointment. The 2 Chicken salad sandwiches barely had anything on them. Mostly bread andlettuce. What a joke. I realize things are tough these days. I spend my earned money for a quality product only to keep gettingdisappointed. Read more

This place is a joke. How does my crew order lunch online go pick it up 30 minutes later for all 5 orders be wrong. Then the... sandwich are all poorly put together they forgot 3 fries out of 5 meals. Just disgusting this place is pathetic. But I bet whenthe employee wants to eat they make themselves the best sandwiches. They need to put people food together as if it was your own.Have some respect for your job and yourself. Worst Arby's experience ever. Read more
