1st time walking in. It took my daughter and I, a few minutes to look over the menu. The lady running the register is really... pushy. She asked us 3 times if we were ready when we were reading the menu. There was no one behind us, so I was sort ofconfused about the rush. Food came out very quickly. My daughter is lactose intolerant so she truly appreciated almond milk onthe menu with her smoothie. My daughter went on and on how good her drink was. She said it was much better then tropicalsmoothie. The Thai wrap was on point. Fresh ingredients, and great portions for the price. Another guy walked into orderlooking at the menu, and he was also asked several times if he was ready. ???? other than the demand to order immediately thefood was absolutely delicious, even the gluten free chips were super yummy. The acai bowls looked good. Definitely will return.Maybe this time I will know exactly what I want before I walk in, so we don't get shouted at to order. Read more

10/10 for the acai bowls..... 2/10 for the workers. I waited about 10 minutes to order. normally it would be justifiable.... But... I was literally the ONLY person in there. While 5 people kept looking at me through the small service window in thekitchen/backroom, laughing and joking and then arguing over who was going to come take my order. The guy came out, "what do youwant". I ordered. He flipped the screen so I could tip and sign... And just walked away. I wasn't greeted, I waited to orderwhile being the only person in the store, and was dismissed immediately after paying. I'll come back because you're acai bowlsare insanely delicious, but.... Today I was told that I am not welcomed inside of this location, the owner has been upset with me every since I called in a... order 1 time almost 2 years ago. I got there and they were extremely busy, but I had something important to do so I told them tocancel the order and left. The owner called my phone telling that I?m dining and dashing. But I did not take the food I told thecashier to cancel it I had to leave.. she was so rude. I took a brake from going for about 6 months. Then started going backnever really had any major problems. Until lately, They changed the amount of peanut butter they put on the bowls even thoughprices went up. They get upset every time I specify how I want my bowl made or bagel.. Sometimes the items are inconsistentdepending who is making it. If I am spending my money I should be able to get my food the way I like it. Ive been supportingthis business for over 3 years at least 4 times a week. I spend $18 or more each time and TIP. I refer so many people and speakgood about this business. It shouldn?t be so hard to make sure my items correct. And I have never made and employee cry I?m nota disrespectful person at all,it?s not that serious . *** The Acai Bowls are like heaven on earth *** This was my first time not only hearing about 3Natives but also about Acai... bowls. The place itself is very clean and inviting. The staff was super friendly and professional. I was skeptical at firstbecause I had never heard of an Acai bowl but I went ahead and tried it. I ended getting the Chronic Acai bowl minus thecoconut shavings. I put the first bite in my mouth and couldn't believe how tasty it was. My only regret was ordering a smalland not a large :( I highly recommend 3Natives. 5-Stars Read more
Customer service could be better would help to offset the expensive healthy food options I edited the review to reflect your... response as I am asking of something that can?t be done, indeed I offered to pay more for the change, you should have optionsfor that. I would gladly have paid 4 dollars extra to have half and half, your employee was dry about it, there are ways to sayno without coming across with an attitude. Bowl and smoothie, 20 dollars no biggie for quality food, I understand as I have ranmany businesses and having employees is tough. The cash register person for yours is of the upmost importance.
