I brought my Grand daughter here believing that the Breakers would be the place to host a classy Italian restaurant with great... food and service. We wanted to give her an exceptional experience to remember for her birthday. It was too late at this pointtoo make reservations elsewhere as I discovered I was wrong on every count! The food was horrible and WAY overpriced for whatit was. I have no problem paying for 5 star food in a worthy establishment but this was a bait and switch. We dressed well forthe occasion and felt out of place when we walked in. It felt like we were eating at a Disney resort restaurant with noisypeople all around us dressed in tee shirts and ball caps. (Are we still at the Breakers?) The only item that we enjoyed was thebread that was served before the "dinner" arrived. Everything went downhill fast after that. The sauce on my chicken parmtasted like prego out of a jar, it was terrible, watered down tomato paste without any seasoning. The chicken was like greasycardboard and the pasta was over cooked and starchy. My Grand daughter got the same as I did and didn't touch it! Not onebite. The waiter didn't suspect that anything was wrong when we both sat with untouched plates in front of us and smiled as hetook a "selfy" of himself with us in the background on her camera! He packaged two entire practically untouched entrees for usto take home including a side of ICE CREAM in a foil cup! It was melted before we left and she left it on the table! No oneseemed to notice or check on our table to ask why we didn't eat. It was a disaster and irredeemable night. The moral of thestory, don't assume that just because the restaurant is at the Breakers it is worthy of the reputation. I'm still trying toredeem this disaster to my Grand daughter. Maybe I'll try Eau Palm Beach next time. Read more

Really cool place. It's located in the Breakers, Palm Beach. The Breakers itself is a place to stay and checkout.

If you have young kids, this place is your IDEAL restaurant. Game room in the back, beautiful setting, good food, and the ideal... setting at The Breakers. The only downside is the food is very good not great and the portions are too big. But highlyrecommend! Read more

A charming old World hotel. The Italian Restaurant is their family restaurants with a playroom and right next to the... playground. We decide to try the Flavors of Palm beach menu, 3 courses for $ 39. They have nice but small wine list that ispricey but this is a 5 * hotel. They serve 3 different breads, Italian, Focaccia, and rolls with an excellent pesto, roastedred pepper spread and olive oil. For starters, we had the EGGPLANT ROLLATINI, mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, and homemadeTomato Sauce and a MARGHERITA PIZZA with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil. Both were very good. For mains, my wife orderedthe CHICKEN ALLA ROMANA, chicken, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, over spaghetti in a light tomato sauce , very good . I hadthe SHRIMP ALLA TOSCANA, shrimp, cannellini beans, kale, tomato, and white wine over linguini .also very good. For dessert, wehad the WARM CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES Freshly Baked and the S?MORES PIE dark chocolate cream, toasted marshmallow meringue, grahamcracker crust, and vanilla ice cream. Very good and attentive service. Read more

My wife and I decided to celebrate our 4th Wedding anniversary and our night was so great! The food was delicious! Everything... from the bread they start you off with- all the way to the ending desert! Our waiter Marlon was INCREDIBLE... we had everythingwe needed and he went out his way to add a special touch to make our anniversary special! Can?t forget that we had our 21 monthold toddler with us... couldn?t leave him with our babysitter because he was sick... This place even catered to our needs therewith a decent kid menu. We didn?t get to take advantage of it, but they have a play room for kids also. Thank you ?ItalianRestaurant? we will be back and will bring friends! Read more
