Very disappointing. All my 3 year old special needs son wanted was a chocolate ice cream. Upon entering sprinkles, there were 2... other guests already ordering. The one guest was taking a particularly long time and after publicly announcing how she wasn'tfeeling well, we opted to wait outside. The worker came out and told me that the other woman she was with was a "VIP" and"important on the island." I'm not impressed. Not by the ice cream shop, the employee, or the "VIP". Here's a newsflash, EVERYguest is a VIP. This is the first rule of business. Thanks but no thanks sprinkles. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Read more

If you?re interested in walking in to someone on a personal phone call and not getting service this is your place. The... employee didn?t bother to acknowledge us. We took went to the lovely Sant Ambroeus gelato place a block away in RoyalPoinciana Plaza. We won?t be going back to sprinkles and we live on the island.
