Pay attention to detail added bacon to my 2 cheeseburger meal last week only one had bacon now today I add bacon and nothing... also when your out of items why let someone order them then get to window and out. This McDonald's at Bayside is one of the worst in the Palm Bay area I have asked so many times to cook to order and they never... do. There is no way you can order something cook to order and by the time you get to the window it's ready. The burgers arealways dry. And the buns are crusty. They have on several occasions screwed up the order and give you either the wrong thing ornot at all. I thought maybe it was just me but you can tell this is a franchise and isn't managed very well at all. From now on,I'll take my business elsewhere. Read more
Came through this location today as I usually do and the first mistake they made was handing me a bag of food for my son that... they previously just handed the car before us and they clearly went in the bag and messed with the food and had realized itwasn't their food so the worker in the drive thru decided to hand us the food after the customer before us gave it back. So wereturned it back because we notice what the worker did and when they give us our food that they supposedly replaced instantlythey gave us bread that was burnt and not edible. Very disappointed. McDonald's is slipping, prices are going up, and efficiency, execution, and food quality is going down. They aren't alone; I... mean, pretty much all the places I used to frequent I won't go to anymore, and McDonald's just joined the list, too much drama,expenaiveu, unfriendly, unprofessional service, even the fries suck, sweet tea is horrible.
