Horrible drive thru svc. One car ahead now at window for over 10 min. Cant handle more then 1 order at a time. Gives excuses at... the speaker. Ya dont handle customer service that way. Still sat now 14 min waiting to get up to the window. Once at window satfor over 3 more min waiting on 1 ice latte. Pitiful where is management. That told only 2 of them working . Read more
Worst experience ever!! I much rather take a longer break and go to a different dunkin all i wanted was a large ice coffee with... vanilla and 4 cream. It literally tasted like they dumped a 1/4 bag of sugar in my coffee. It was absolutely disgusting. Andwhen i asked them to fix it nicely I was only greeted with utter disrespect. Literally a dozen donuts in the whole store. Two staff, both out back. When finally "waited on" the guy waved his hands across... the display case and said, 'What?" We were going to get a dozen but decided on 2. He plunked them in a bag, took our money andwalked out back again. I usually stop at 1 of 2 other dunkins. , I occasionally will stop at this one if I move her on the side. Every time I stop they... are either out of something or they are rude. For example, they refused to sell to me an iced coffee with butterpecan because ithad been discontinued even though they still had some left. * It had been discontinued for the season the day before.
