Not sure why my husband keeps torturing himself and going to the bayside lakes location. EVERY single time he has gone the drive... thru line moves at a snails pace, the coffee is horrible, they are almost always out of something and it?s guaranteed that whenhe gets home there is food missing. Worst service ever! I get we're short on workers everywhere, but this has nothing to do with just plain old bad customer... service. They have a young man working the window who likes to mumble and speak really low so you have to repeat yourself overand over again. And when you ask if he can speak up he laughs. They've gotten the order wrong several times already because ofthis. Yet they keep him working drivethrough. Today the other person came over the intercom because he continued laughing and beunitelagable over the mic and the line was 1 hour delayed. Could physically here other patrons complaining as well. i never ever leave bad reviews as i?ve worked for dunkin? donuts in the past and i know it gets hectic. i?ve always ordered on... the app just because it?s easier and i can just grab it and go. but the last few times i?ve went i?ve waited atleast 30 minutesfor a single drink. when i order atleast 20 minutes before i even leave my house. this last monday i had to ask one of theworkers if they even had my order. and it was sitting on the counter as everyone who ordered after on the app were coming in andout. i get it morning rushes are hard but you have to manage your time better. and if you?re backed up just ask for some helpand apologize for the wait. i give it to the young kid i wanna say his name was Gage, super understanding and saw that i wasthere for quite some time. just kinda sad because i love dunkin but i cannot get myself to even try to go in the morningsanymore when i know i?ll be there for atleast 30 minutes. This is my favorite Dunkin?, the employees are always pleasant and the place is clean. I have seen rude customers a couple of... times here, and they have always been patient and professional in dealing with them. Also, the fact that it?s back in Baysidemeans it?s never really crowded inside which I like. My only criticism, which actually applies to all Dunkins, is that they needto bring back a couple of gluten free options; would it kill you to stock one gluten free dessert item? Also, I?ve seen somereviews saying that their orders were messed up but I?ve never once had that problem and I go there regularly. Read more

Waited 10 min for my sandwich. I went and asked about it. Once they brought out my sandwich they also brought half a dozen... donuts, TWO sandwiches (exactly how I ordered- with extra sausage), and two hash browns. Along with an apology. AMAZING customerservice! Read more
