Don't bother ordering from this store. The last 2 times I ordered from them for delivery it took an hour and a half and was... cold when I received it. They of course offer another free pizza to make up for the mistake but still charge you for the coldone. Then when you do order the free one it is cold as well and they charge again for a delivery fee and of course expect to betipped again. When I spoke to the manager Brandon, he offered to remake it and send it out again but said it could take another45 minutes to an hour. He refused to refund even the delivery fee. Was very rude and unhelpful, said they were understaffed andthey couldn't do any better. Read more
The staff was nice but the wings were kind of disappointing given what I was used to in NJ. I now accept Domino's wings get... better as you get closer to Buffalo. Read more
I've had issues with this place. I'd give them 4.5 stars though. The pizza is obviously really good. The sandwiches are good.... The best part is they are only 2 miles from me. (So the issue I had was that it took them 1hr and 15mins to deliver an orderthat should only have taken 30 mins, which is what they told me when I ordered it!) Oh, and their Chicken Wings are verygeneric, but they are about the best generic chicken wings you'll find at a fast food pizza place! Read more
So another 1star review won't matter but here goes We ordered online and when we got our delivery it was wrong (this was the... second time in a month). I called to inform them, and the said they would make and bring another. Stating that they need theincorrect one back. So while I sit here watching my family eat I have time for a review. No offer of any kind of compensation, but sit wait we'll have you corrected order in 30 minutes. Amazing that in today's technology they don't just ask for apicture of there screw up. To make the customer happy, and why did I tip why no refund. In conclusion I am still waiting formy correct pizza, a sincere apology. Read more
Horrible pizza! Bottom of crust is like dough if you order from this dominoes on Minton rd. Trust me pick another dominoes... nearby. Forgot some of my toppi GS too. I even ordered it on the app. How hard is it to just read an order when it comes up onthe computer. Apparently very hard for dominoes on Minton rd. Never again never again never again! Emptied, we tore these boxes apart and got them right away. Little Caesars makes pizza faster but they said it would take 35... minutes instead of 10 minutes from Domino's. It has been less busy but at the end of the day quality and efficiency won. Bothdid have great customer service though. Read more
This place has the worst customer service ever. I ordered two pizzas. One of the pizzas came burnt. I took pictures and... called the store. The person who answered was supposedly the manager. She told me that she wouldn't refund my money unless Ihad half the pizza. I told her that the kids ate half, and I threw away the rest. She refused to try to make it up to me. Whata terrible policy. Clearly, when the pizza was made, they saw that it was burnt. Read more
The service at this location has gone downhill. This is the 3rd time I?ve received overcooked and incorrectly made pizza . The... reasoning for not receiving the extra cheese I ordered was because of the toppings. Three toppings means reduced cheese??? IfI?m paying for extra cheese. I expect to receive it. When I finally received my remade pizza, they forgot to cut it. I?m overit. I will no longer patronize this location. Read more
