10/28/22. I had order a filet entree, nothing else and I did it on my mobile app for curbside pickup. #1 a male who appeared to... be a manager, came to my passenger window, called my name, and threw the bag in my passenger seat. I then opened the bag andinstead of a filet, it was a dirty bag containing a plain bun. I went inside to complain and not only was the floor slipperyfrom dirt and grease, I was given 1/2 of a filet and an apology. My family, friends and I will never patronize this locationagain! ????Eat more Chicken! (And Drink more Peach Milkshake!)???? I swung by for lunch during my time at EFSC Palm Bay Campus. Timely... service, courteous staff throughout the experience, and no rush to finish my meal and leave. I enjoyed a quiet lunch and a spotof reading. My personal go-to is the Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich (with a side of Waffle Fries, of course!). Every bite isjuicy, tender, and just warm enough. A hint of lemon zest and peppery herb blends with the smokey grilled taste of the meat. Thetoasted multigrain bun absolutely makes it, giving each bite a slightly different texture for a satisfying mouthful. I lovepairing the applewood smoked bacon with sizzling pepper jack cheese (kind of tricks your tastebuds into feeling like you'reeating it right off the hot grill!). And the Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce rockets all those flavors sky high. YUM! I also had thepleasure of enjoying the seasonal Peach Milkshake, which had the refreshing taste of a creamsicle with blended bits of juicyfruit adding lovely texture to each bite. No lines in the drive-thru after 9:30pm...absolutely perfect. The team here is always super friendly. Tonight's order was... comprised of my fave 'market salad' and diet lemonade. Plus his standards... an order of 12 grilled nuggets, 2 large fries.Somehow, a diet frosted lemonade ended up in the cup holder and of course was what he was sippin on??! I really wanted my dietlemonade but we likely ordered incorrectly and I was too busy on IG to notice. My mistake instead became a big new blissfuldiscovery and a beverage which he really enjoys. I did not realize until we were almost home. Next time bring on my Large dietlemonade and his frosty lemonade! The peace milkshake looks incredible I definitely must try one of those very soon. There is a major difference between the day shift and night shift food at this location and it's not a good... thing.. Listen....I need all my fries...We paid for a large but got smalls in large fries boxes!!! OPEN THE FRY SLEEVE & FILLIT UP!!!!!! If you can't do that then only sell small orders of fries!!!! Next stop over cooking the nuggets and change thegrease too!!!! We never have this problem during the day shift .Nor do we run into these issues at the Palm Bay Rdlocation. Looks like I have to move this location to my NO GO list for Malabar Rd restaurants. Real talk....I want all of mymoney back because this meal was trash. Read more
