My dad and I ordered Pho (P1 and P2), my mom got the Grilled PorkChop with Rice (R1). - Pho: they have a lot of noodle, so you will be full even with Regular size. The beef was ok. I enjoyedit. - Grilled Pork Chop with Rice: the grilled pork was very good. I tried to eat it with pho and it tasted even better. . So Igave 4.5/5 for the food. ???? However, the waiter who took us the table and gave the receipt, he was not happy at all. He didn?tsay ?thank you? or anything when he served us. While the others were friendly. So 4/5 I guess. Restaurant is clean and the staffs are polite. We came here for lunch shortly before noon and it was fully seated in half an... hour. We ordered 2 pho and a vermicelli with grill meat. I like that our meals came with a tray which is nice and organized. The vermicelli bowl is very good size which came with lots of meat, quality is pretty good too. Service and prive were decent. Not authentic Vietnamese taste though. Ban Mi was ok taste wise but not well packed together. ... Spring rolls were falling apart. Shouldn't be using summer roll wrap for deep fried spring rolls. The inside would be like softwhereas the outside is somewhat crisp. Pho noodle soup is lacking of the herbs that of a good Vietnamese pho soup. However, thetripe and tendon was cooked well and soft. Not many places have the tripe so tender. The typical Vietnamese pho tripe is alittle chewy which I also appreciate. Not a place I'd return for good Vietnamese food. I'd recommend Pho Today in Fort Leeinstead. Read more

I?ve dined in and taken out a few times and I think they have improved quite a bit. The pho is not as oily and salty as it use... to be but has more of that slightly sweet and smoky flavor pho flavor that your are use too with beef pho. I like that they userice paper for their fried spring rolls but they are still very flat and chewy. I enjoy their version of bun, the fried shrimprolls are nice and crispy. Just know that this is a Korean Vietnamese spot and the flavors and dishes are a little differentthan if you went to a straight up Vietnamese spot. Worth trying if you?ve never had it before! A very interesting Vietnamese restaurant that serves delicious Pho, noodles and rice bowl. Cold weather always gets me excited... for soups. And one of my go-to soup bowls is Pho. There is something about it that warms your heart and fills you. Pho 420Saigon offers that heart-warming bowl of Pho. They also added some Korean flair with their sauces by adding pieces of chili andpickled radish. I also got their porkchop rice bowl and it was also heavenly. Best pho in Bergen county I've found. I always get P1. I love how they ask you if you want cilantro and they give you a side of... onions with other veggies (crucial for the broth). It comes out piping hot and I always leave feeling happy. I can go eat phohere at least once a week. It's so good. Broth is on point. The beef is so tender.
