We tried this place out for breakfast. They only had a couple of servers and one cook. They tried their best, and the wait... wasn't to bad. They have a lot of choices to choose from. The breakfast tasted great. The portions are big. We will definitelycome back here. Read more

Disappointing! The fact that there were only two other people in there on a Sunday afternoon should have been a clue! The... waitress was very friendly and attentive, hence the 2 stars, but that's where it ended. I ordered the sampler appetizer(pictured) which includes mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, jalapeno poppers and fries. My entree was the chopped steak withgravy, mixed vegetables and fresh fruit. It all arrived at the same time. The chopped steak was a terribly dry hamburger pattywith brown packet gravy and canned mushrooms on top. The toast came out cold five minutes later. The mixed fruit was good, butthe vegetables were undercooked and extremely over seasoned. The appetizer was very unappetizing. This was my first visit to aHuddle House and it was NOT impressive. I would not recommend this one to anybody! Read more

So this was my first time going and our waitress Madi/Madison was so attentive and kept our drinks refilled and kept asking us... if we needed anything. It took about 7 to 10 minutes to get our food. We went around 5:30pm. I got the stuffed Hashbrowns andmy friend got the strawberry pancakes. Can?t wait to try some of their other menu items. Read more

20 active customers, 7 empty tables, 8 empty seats at the counter, and we were told 15 to 20 minutes to be seated? Staff more ... interested in standing around talking than they are in working. Very poorly managed. Probably won't come back. When you have 7empty tables you at least seat new customers and get their drinks. Watched over 20 potential customers leave without beingseated. First visit: 7:00 pm. There were a lot of staff present; however, service was greatly lacking. The wait staff was friendly but... slow. Our food sat on the ready tray until I had to ask for it. They really just seemed like they needed some better training. The food was great! Mozzarella sticks, chocolate chip pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon?.all cooked to perfection. Also, theyclose way too early at 8pm. Because the food was good, I?ll definitely give it another shot. Read more

This place was so unorganized and horrible staff. Stood in front for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledge us. Sat at the... table 15 minutes before someone asked if we needed to order the after 40 more minutes we finally get our drinks. As the waitressstands around waiting on food in the window. Palestine doesn't offer much for breakfast but I would never go back here. The foodwas under cooked oj taste like dirt, my boyfriend had to get up go get the condiments. The waitress will argue with you abouttoast that comes with the meal and assumes you won't eat it even after ordering it. Some customers had to wait 30 minutes justto pay. Sadly I was hoping to have a new place to go on Sundays. I will be never recommend this place. Update: the responsesent did not allow me to send my review to there corporate. Read more
