My husband and I treated our son and daughter in law to lunch for their anniversary. The food was good, but I was... disappointed that they didn't have a Sunday Special. I was looking forward to a Sunday meal, not just sandwiches and fries. Read more

Nice little diner in a quiet little town. The food was great, the service was friendly. We visit Palestine on Labor Day weekend... every year for the rodeo and yard sales, this will be on our list of places to eat again next year. Read more

We were up from Florida. My cousin recommended Home Plate. They were closed so we Googled what was open and close. This came up... with good reviews so we decided we would try it. Glad we did. Best service we have had while visiting the area. Food was goodand we both enjoyed our meal. Also got to meet some folks who just moved back from our neck of the woods.
