Reviews for Wendy's in Palatka, FL
So, I've been to many Wendy's before but I didn't like this one. Everything was an okay for me but I must say the fries tasted... quite weird. But then realized that the oil from where the French fries were made was old, you can just see it and somewhattaste it. This isn't the first time I'm writing a 3 to 4 start review on Wendy's. I came through the drive thru with my parents to pick up a DoorDash order. The manager had a horrible attitude while asking us... what the name for the order was, she told us it would be out in a minute then proceeded to close the store down all while wehaven?t received our DoorDash order. We arrived 15 minutes before closing. I understand that?s it?s before closing but the orderwas placed over an hour before they closed there?s no reason it shouldn?t have been ready. Read more
Disappointed with this Wendy's. Stopped in for breakfast and try the French toast sticks. They were very disappointing. Their... scanner was broke so they could not scan my app for the points. They told me I could go to my app with the receipt and claim uppoints. Only they neglected to give me my receipt which caused me to lose today's points. Read more
I pick up orders here they like to tell me the order is in their system and that might be true they're pretty slow sometimes... they got the right people on top of things and sometimes they don't and when I tried to complain about it they never actuallygive me the number to the manager the manager manager so if that's you and reading this do better Read more
The drive threw lady wasn't friendly she made us feel like a burden. I get we were the last people of the nite but we tried to... make our order super easy. The food is really good, but the customer service is awful. I got ignored for 10 minutes while the lady at the register played... on her phone. And when I asked for a large strawberry lemonade she became so rude. Need better management and a better crew.Not the cooks tho cause the food is bomb. Read more
We were ordering for a lot of people and we didn?t tell the drive thru that we were done, and ?she was like oh are you gonna... order the whole menu?? That was very disrespectful towards my family and I. We also asked for salt and they ignored us, westayed calm and nice to them even though we were being disrespected. We came and it took us 20 minutes to order because the cashier had no help from anyone to fill orders and then the manager... closed the dining room because she more interested in the drive through and told her to go home wick was ridiculous the cashierwas doing all she could do with no help. The manager was very wrong in what she did to the cashier yelling at the cashierbecause she was trying to complete orders and getting no help from anyone else. The manager was very unprofessional. The managertold her to go home and screaming at the cashier in front of everyone in the dining room and locked the doors so numerouscustomers could not come in.
