Mary Made my lunch today perfect. Everything was so fresh and delicious. She is an asset I?m sure of it. It was such a clean... cheerful atmosphere to have lunch. I will definitely be back. I drive past two other subways to come have lunch here because ofher! Give her a raise!!! Read more

They don?t honor proper coupons and have shrunk the options to only the cheapest subs they offer. The fine print on the coupon... differs from what the restaurant allows. Cheap, dishonest behavior. Read more

They messed my whole sub up they gave me wheat bread with no lettuce but spinach, tomatoes, and onions I didn?t ask for all of... that on it all I asked for was Italian herbs and cheese bread, black forest ham, added bacon, light lettuce, light mayo, saltand pepper, and light southwest chipotle sauce. I went online to place an order BOGO50. I also called to verify and make sure my order was right. After getting home and looking... at my order I could see there was some mistakes. Immediately, I took it back and ask for another sandwich. I was so upset that ihad to go back I left the sandwich. The employee must've had a bad day because he beat me mad. He was really rude andargumentative. I WOULD NOT recommend this subway. I keep giving them try and try and they keep doing me wrong. I need acorporate number to complain. Read more

Awful Subway ....Worst I have ever been in asked to speak to owner but was told they didn't have the number what ??????... Supposing they had an emergency ?? I was annoyed because they told me they did not do the $2.99 6 " sub that every other Subwayis doing . I had already had the sub made so I paid the high price ,I actually had a receipt from another Subway showing the$2.99 and the two women made every excuse not to give me that price so I will NEVER go this AWFUL Subway again .Owner shouldlook into all the complaints I am reading as he doesn't deserve good custom ! Very yummy subs, made very well and they actually listen when you say extra or light on something. Typically great service,... amazing customer service. The lines aren?t usually long; only around lunch time. The order ahead is an amazing feature on theapp, food is always prepared and hot when I get there. I think it's nice that you guys hire on special needs employees, but I'm a little disappointed that there was nobody there to... guide and keep them in line as this was the worst visit I'd ever had to any of the subway franchises. Awful customer service,and they just didn't seem to understand that when somebody asks for a MEAL, they want everything that comes with the meal aswell. 10/10 will not be going back to that 'establiment'. Please reconsider who you hire onto your staff because they'rerunning paying customers away . Read more
