The employees rather talk to each other then to the costumer. I was being polite and said Good morning and I didn't get no... response back and the employee basically just shoved my food at me quickly so her and the other employee could keep talking.Employee should greet there costumers and be focus on them and after they leave then go back to your conversation. The burgers were good but I feel like they are getting thinner and not as thick as they used to be
When you crave a Krystal burger, nothing else will do and so I visited this restaurant at 3pm on Halloween. It was clean and... well stocked, service was great, and the food was hot and fast. It has an outside seating area which is nice, and a place topark a bicycle, but it was so hot outside I took advantage of the air conditioning instead. Sweet tea was made well and the newfries they have were DELICIOUS! Will definitely visit this location again and would recommend to anyone. Read more
Was parked overnight next door in my semi. Ate the breakfast bowl here. Was really good. Nice clean bathroom to wash up in and... door has deadbolt lock for you truckers that need use bathroom.. friendly staff n good food. Thumbs up Read more
I was just passing through after visiting NY grandfather probably for the last time. We had not eaten so decided to stop and get... a quick bite to eat. Service was a little slow but to be expected with hire shortage and it was the day before hurricane Ian wasto hit us. The food was fresh! A little touch mustard but not unbearable. The 3 stars is because the Service was rude. No nicegreeting, when ordering she made me feel like I was annoying her by being there. For example, I ordering a number 5 she said isthat it very rudely. How about what else can I get you. Even when I asked if we could substitute the fries for tots she didn'tanswer just rudely spat back FOR BOTH! I know at the time I was a bit in my feelings so thar is why I waited a few days towrite the post. Read more
I haven't eaten at a Krystal in probably 9 years. We decided to stop while in visiting family. It still tastes as good as... Krystal did when I was a little girl. The staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean, and food was nice and hot. Would definitelyvisit again. Read more
