For the first time in probably 6 months, I was able to get a quality and soul-warming coffee. I?ve been having a lot of issues... coming here so I?ve been going to East Palatka. But today, I was greeted with a smile and handed my coffee with a nice ?have agood day.? I was nervous to use my points given I hardly go to Dunkin?, but it was worth it. I know this is an older building but there is no reason that the owner can't clean it up. I prefer not to go to this location. ... The orders are never done right. When you ask questions about it all they want to do is roll their eyes at you like they havebetter places to be. The drive-thru takes way too long. They don't start making your food until you get to the window. If youabsolutely must have Duncan please go further down the road across the bridge to the new location. Read more
Brand new store, nice lot, nice building. Could not go inside or order food. Unfortunately not set up properly for vehicular... traffic; one way in one way out. No parking and no access for anyone with a trailer or a small RV. Makes me feel that becauseof the design of this establishment that they are only welcoming a certain type of clientele! Read more
