Parking was good. Bathrooms were filthy and not stocked. Drink machine was out of flavors and ice. Tea was old and sour. Drink... area was filthy and had ice and trash strewn all over. Food got made quick unfortunately too quick. Fries were not cookedproperly. Burgers were not made the way we ordered them. Cashier was nice but incompetent, she was slow and even forgot to givethe customer after us her change. All in all not planning to come back. Read more
Look, I get it. It's a fast food place that kids work at. I'm not expecting rapid fast service, but this was insane. The Line... took forever, not because of the other drivers, but because of the people working drive through. I repeated myself and my codeseveral times and waited over 10 minutes just to order two items. In the end, they double charged me for something that was freedue to a coupon and almost gave me a completely wrong order. I'm not expecting smiling faces and rapid service, but I at leastexpect the workers to know how to do their jobs. Read more

I took my grandson there tonight and went through the drive thru. When I got to the window the young lady told me they didn't... have change and kept my .93 rather than the store take a .07 loss. I told her, "Why don't you give me back a dollar and that wayyou would be out seven cents rather than stealing my 93 cents?" She told me she couldn't do that. I'm Over night shift employee that works from 6 till when the job is done period if that 5 am so be it. Can you explain why your... establishment is fully closed no cars in the parking lot at 12:24 when I visited. This is advertised as a business that is openuntil 1 AM. I have worked in fast food settings before you don't get to close early just because. If you are unable to keepcontrol of your business at least take away the effort of someone having to waste gas driving to your business only to beburdeded by the fact that it closed early. Instead of wasting peoples time just close earlier. It's pathetic if you as a milliondollars franchise cannot keep your store managers in line to keep up with business hours set. Read more
Real hit or miss with this place. It's still one of the better run fast food establishments in Palatka. Update now it's just... miss. Went there at 11am got 2 whoppers, onion rings and nuggets. Went here for the play area for the kids. The A/C is broke, but really cold in the lobby area. So if they open the doors to the... inclosed play area it would stay cool enough for the kids to play around in. Couldn't though, so had to sit in the lobby area.So went to sit in a booth big enough for all of us to sit down in. One light kept flickering at the only clean booth table. Hadto bring it to their attention that majority of the tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down. When they ain't that busy togo around and wipe the tables down to make sure they stay clean.
