I worked at a subway when I was going to school and this subway is hands down the best subway I have been to. Their toppings are... always brightly colored every time I go there. Staff is very friend and do not cheap out on toppings. He put just the rightamount of veggies on my sandwich not to much and not to little like some other subways. When speaking to the staff I let themknow I was vegan and they made me the best veggie sandwich I ever had. Let them know you are Vegan or Vegetarian and they willtake care of you. It is a wonderful place to eat Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. The place is always nice and clean. The people give a nice welcome... and nice music going on all the time. They have nice and fresh food which make your sandwich taste like a nice juicy one. TheWi-Fi here is faster than my home Wi-Fi it is 30 Mbps for download. I can watch stuff on YouTube without any lag. Overall, it isthe best place to eat and the people here are nice. Read more

I live right down the street and this subway has become my go to. My guys that work here have always been friendly to me, and... acknowledge me by name. Internet is fast, service is fast, great place to come dodge the rain when I'm hanging out at thefountain at Starbucks down the street. Even can relax and read in here, and feel like I'm at home. If I could give this subway 0 stars, I absolutely would. Last weekend I was in here for lunch and asked for wheat bread. I was... asked if I could do honey oat because they didn?t have any made. I said okay. Tonight, I entered the Subway at 8:15 and waitedten minutes for the man behInd the counter to help us. He was cleaning the cutting boards, so we waited. We asked if they wereclosed, even though the door and google said they were open until 9- and he said no- and asked what we wanted. My wife ordered achicken breast on wheat- and he asked if she could take multi-grain. Considering our recent experience, this upset me- but I letit go when he got the wheat bread. He then made her sandwich and asked if it was for there or to go? We said for here- and hetold us the dining area was closed and we couldn?t eat there because it was clean up time. It?s was 35 minutes before the postedclosing time. Not wanting to eat in the parking lot on a chilly November evening, I told him to keep the sandwich and we left.We got to Cousins Subs on Dundee (7-8 minute drive)- ordered our food and ate it before 9PM. There was no reason to turn us awaybeyond horrible customer service and pure laziness. I will never return to this Subway and I hope Management seriouslyreconsiders the people they let close the store. Read more
