The meat on the sandwich?s was a five, with a nice pile of meat on all of the subs we ordered, and the service was fast an... friendly. Ordered through Doordash thinking that it would be reliable but Jimmy John's uses their own drivers, and if they don't have any... drivers they don't turn off the ordering platform. I ordered, the order was confirmed, and no food showed up. The phone wasnever answered when i called to find out what was going on. Drove to the location and they were closed. Terrible customer service. The girl was sitting on her phone- doesn't acknowledge me and so I ask for my order and she comes and... just pushes it across the counter. No words. Then goes back to her chair. I know she can speak because she joked and laughedwith her coworker when I was leaving. It doesn't take much effort to thank your customer. Read more
