Extremely disappointing, I have to skip lunch today because I waited inside to place an order for 15 minutes when finally a... person acknowledged me and another person waiting by the counter. They told us they weren't taking any orders. Back to work forme left frustrated and hungry. Terrible service. Read more
I have been to this location 10 times always a little slow with my order but understanding short staff etc but tonight I arrived... 30 min before closing door locked a sign saying out of bread ok no problem I wanted a bread less meal which is tub in a sub.Long story short door locked music way to loud and didn't want to serve my wife and daughter. Will NEVER visit this restauranttotally unpleasant experience. Many other businesses in the area that welcome customers with open arms. Every time I go to this store, I swear it will be the last time, yet for some reason I come back. I have never had an online... order actually be ready when it said to pick it up. We double check our online orders in the car due it being wrong so often. They definitely have some very slow workers at this location, your sandwich maker should be the fastest one, I have witnessedthe maker at this store delicately put each ingredient on the sandwich. If you want to train an employee to do this part of thejob, fine, but maybe not when the store is super busy? I really need to stop going to this store! Read more
