This is the second time I've tried to have Dunkin Donuts from this place only the drive-thru is open and the gas station plot... was open they had no food they had no coffee but I was supposed to inconvenience myself and had get in the car to go buy coffeeat your place ridiculous I don't care what the excuses are stop blaming covid to going to have a Dunkin Donuts store be openearly in the morning Read more
Around 7:15am on Sept. 30th there were 3 customers in the store waiting for some to take their orders. One gentleman (a truck... driver who obviously cant go to the drive through) said he'd been waiting close to 15 minutes. Employees saw them waiting andstill didn't acknowledge them. Finally another customer walked up and rang the bell multiple times and a rude employee came overand immediately became unprofessional and got an attitude with the gentleman (who didn't ring the bell). She took his order andhanded him his drink with coffee running down the outside of the cup. He asked her if she could wipe it off and she refused. If the inside counter customers aren't going to be waited on with the same speed and courtesy as the drive through customers,then why on earth would you even be open for inside guests?! This isn't the first time I've been in there and experiencedcustomers being ignored for 10+ minutes. It does no good to call the store and ask to speak with a manager because they'll justhang up on you. FYI, call speedway to get their phone number because the one listed is Horseheads and it's not in service. Read more
Only been there once and they got the order right and had nice people working
Used drive thru @ 6:50 in the morning when we were heading out of town. A few cars ahead of us but line moved very quickly even... though every vehicle got drinks & bag when pulled up to window. Food was hot & freshly made, drinks tasted great. Read more
Only place that can make a caramel frozen coffee that tastes good. Clean great atmosphere. IMO this is the best DD in our area.... They are efficient, the flavors stay the same, the croissants are made perfect. Not so hot that you can?t eat it. If you are ina hurry I suggest ordering ahead on the app. It?s always ready when I get there. You can go in or go through drive through tograb it. Take the time to Download the app. I get free coffee all the time after 100 points just by scanning my phone. Heatheris very friendly also. Read more
Honestly they never make my drink the same way twice it's always different. I miss Starbucks ???? I have gone to DD at 3 times... in the last couple of months and it has not improved. The people are friendly but the drinks never taste the same and they oftenmess up my order. I don't complain because I know how it is. I just have to remind myself that it isn't worth $6. They have allthese discontinued items on the menu still.... Corporate needs to update the menus to match what they are selling. I'm not goingback. The pics are what was in the bottom half of the cup. I dumped it out because it was so gross taste and appearance. Thatwas a regular hot chocolate (even though they offer like 6 kinds they only had two so I just got regular) w an espresso shot.
