Hi. Just wanted to drop you a quick note about your Johnnycake Ridge Rd. location. We were on our way home from the Cleveland... Zoo. We wanted good pizza. So we looked up nearest Zeppe's locations, as we live in Ashtabula, and we usually go to Geneva onthe Lake for Zeppe's Pizza. We walked into the Johnnycake Ridge location, placed our order, the person that took our order wasextremely kind and polite. Told us about 20 minutes for our food, which was a chef salad. 2 pizzas, and some zepperoni rolls.Came back in to pick up our food about 20 minutes later, food was ready to go, manager took care of us this time, she was alsovery polite and made us feel welcome and appreciated. You have some great team members in this location. Now, onto the food.The food, was EXCELLENT!!! Like I said earlier, we live in Ashtabula, and usually go to Zeppe's at Geneva on the Lake, becausewe know we will get great food. This location did not disappoint. Got there right when they said my order would be ready. Ordered 2 pizzas .one was ready the other one took about 20 minutes to... be done. Got home and the order was wrong. Will never get anything from here again. Read more
I will never order from this place again!!!! Terrible customer service from the general manager!!! I called to complain about... the chicken I received. I ordered chicken tenders and got a cluster mess of chicken. Very dissatisfaction and I will never orderfrom them again!!!! I've been in Mentor 2 years now. I've had some pizza and this is, in my humble opinion, the best delivered pizza in the area.... You gotta get the garlic butter dipping sauce to dip the crust. (Unless, you're deluding yourself that your on a diet when youleave the crust uneaten. Hello!!! You ordered a pizza!!! Enjoy it, all of it. Jog more tomorrow.) The owner of the franchise called me to apologize for this issue. It seems that the recent changes in corporate menu resulted in... confusion by the person who took the order. We have resolved this issue and I thank her for her personal concern. I am afrequent customer and typically the food is great and delivery is reasonable. Tonight (6/3) I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrapand a Turkey Club Melt Wrap. I received two Zeppe's Original Wraps with tons of processed lunch meats and a nasty ItalianDressing. When I called to tell them that I did not get the right order I was told that they delivered what I ordered. Not atall what I expected. Fortunately I had something in the freezer so I won't have heartburn all night. Read more
Great service and food! I first went into the store to pick up an order while I was driving for Uber Eats. They treated me just... like a paying customer. The food smelled so good in the car that I placed an order for my family the following week. Theboneless wings & California pizza were a hit with everyone! It's our new favorite pizza place. Good taste alot of toppings but not good to put that on a thin pizza because the dough in the middle was soggy
