I visited this subway today and the service was phenomenal. I called and needed a platter of subs in a short period of time... every other places that I called were very rude and did not want to help me. Kirsten answer the phone took my order and had itready before I needed it. Kiersten and Vonnie took very good care of me and when I?m in this area I will definitely beback.Customer service is hard to come by this day and age that was very pleasant and refreshing to witness and be part of. Update: a month later still no resolution. Do not use the APP for any reason. I would give it 0 if I could and I may even be... misplacing my frustration. I'm a week out from using the app to order a sub. Got a call that they couldn't make my sub and Iwould have to contact corporate to get my money back. Looks poorly managed. I hear the manager Harasses his employees. Also the employees are slow and have no motivation. Every time... I go, I see food on the floor. The food doesn?t taste fresh.
