Lack of employees causes longer wait times I've had this happen to me a few times. Last time I ordered the 2 for 6 deal. The... chicken sandwich was good, but the fish was hard and dried out. I remember the fish sandwich being much bigger. Prices haveincreased here but that's the case at every restaurant thanks to the Demorats causing SkyHigh Inflation and High Food prices. Read more
The absolute difference between the burger king last year to now is phenomenal!! They have a whole new respectful staff, and... even while understaffed like crazy, they try their best to get the food out to us fast. Got here in the middle of a rush, andeven though I had to wait 10 minutes for my food, I saw multiple other cars parked waiting for food. I even received fresh hotfood even after the wait that made it worth it. 10/10 would reccomend stopping by, even if to see the new and improvedstaff. I tipped the employee that handed me my food $5 for great and fresh food. Read more
Wow. I never had such rude service. I went there on my bike to pick up a mobile order: A Quad Whopper Meal, Large Sized, no... cheese. A few issues: 1. I called and told the guy this morning I didn't want cheese on my burger. He interrupted me and wasrude. 2. There was cheese on my Whopper. 3. The staff pretty much fat-shamed me for ordering a Quad Whopper. 4. I called aboutthe cheese thing and they said it wasn't their problem. So, I had to escalate the issue to corporate. Hopefully, corporate getsthis BK in line. Luckily for me, my refund should be on my gift card soon. Read more

I went in to order 8 breakfast sandwiches. They were making them and someone came through the drivethru and they gave my... sandwiches to them. When I asked she said they had a smaller order. I said first come should be serve first. The sandwicheswere all made and instead of bagging them and giving to me she when and took a order in the drivethru again and poured theirsodas while still waiting. Finally the girl who made the sandwiches bagged them and got me out of there. Read more
Closes super early, app still lets you order and charges you while removing the offers even though this location is closed. All... that and the woman at the window saying they were closed when we went to pick up the order, was incredibly rude about the entiresituation. Read more
Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Service was non existent. Did a mobile order, went through drive through to pick it up and... I was only customer there. They told me to drive around and wait at the front door and they would bring it out. 30 minutes laterI tried to go in but door was locked. Went around to go through drive through again and there were 7 cars in front of me. Ittook them roughly 5 minutes to service each car. Finally after waiting about an hour at this point I get to the window and tellthem I'm still waiting for order. They had completely forgotten. My food was sitting right there that whole time. They didn'teven remake it. Food was so disgusting I threw it out. Burger King has barely kept their hand in the fast food scene with theirMedicare food and at this point they should just shut down and be done with it. Read more
