Okay I was craving Arbys and decided to go tonight I had coupons. They are short staffed as are all of the other fast food... joints in Painesville. The guy who took my order has worked there like forever anyway he was wearing 2 face masks & rubbergloves 3 years later feel bad for people like that. The food was okay I noticed how Dirty the restaurant was food on the floorand sticky pop everywhere. Not a clean and sanitary establishment. Prices are about the same as other fast food joints. Purchased a chicken sandwich expecting one like I had at another Arby's that was delicious. This was not! It was overcook... chicken combined with an excessive amount of questionable dressing and shredded lettuce. The sandwich was unrecognizable fromthe commercial and tasted like a spoiled mayo, shredded lettuce and tomato sandwich. Do NOT recommend purchasing this itemfrom the Painesville Arby's because you would never step foot in one again ! Read more
