One of the best food trucks in Maui. If you want a break from the commercial food then this place is a must visit. We tried the... shrimp tacos and chips and salsa and everything was fresh. I had no idea what a diamond in the rough that I was about to stumble upon when I found Maui Taco Loco but these tacos are just... like Momma used to make. So flavorful and delectable I'm still watering at the mouth to get those robust ingredients out of mymind. I was drawn to the location by some amazing music I could hear in the distance but then once I got my food I realized thattacos were the real music to my ears and sustenance for my mouth. They had all my favorite colored and flavored salsas and their staff was beyond friendly. The amino who handled my transaction had a huge grin on his face the entire time he was serving meand he even gave me some tips about good beach spots to go on the Northshore. This place has everything music, food, family,fun, and professionalism. To tell you the truth, I'm hoping this place does really well so they can get a brick and mortarrestaurant because I kid you not- They are that good! I will definitely be bringing my friends and family back here to bask inthe authentic environment that has been created by Maui Loco Tacos here on the little Island of Maui, Hawaii. Read more
