Been trying to spend my money at family owned or operated business. Port of subs seemed to fit that requirement. Placed online... order, prompted to pick up at certain time. Walked in at the time, a line as usual. In the past,going to the head of line andannouncing online pick up doesn?t seem to matter as it?s not ready. So I waited for the line to clear. I then told the guyonline pick up. He tells me ?you didn?t have to wait? I asked ?is my order ready?? He?s says no! All while standing one personover from I later find out is the manager. I laugh and say ?it never is!? So I wait another 5 minutes until I notice mysandwiches aren?t being prepared. I ask again, and after arguing that they are working on my order, they noticed my order hadbeen sitting there the entire time. As they handed me my order, the manager actually said ? you didn?t ask me, sir! And that guyis new and doesn?t know anything!? If it wasn?t for the fact that I had mouths to feed, I would have walked out. Never again! Read more

Love every employee and they always go the extra mile to make sure everything is made how we like it. In a small town, it's nice... to come to a shop that knows your name and your order. Read more
Almost every time I go in they are out of something, this time no whole wheat bread. Did sour dough was not very fresh.crumbled... when trying to eat it, very dry.last time I went in no turkey. I like the sandwiches better than subway, come on get ittogether. Read more
The stores clean. Online ordering we have no problem sent the order in showed up at the scheduled time picked up sandwiches out... the door we went. Awesome service awesome staff will eat there again very soon Read more
They were very friendly and welcoming. The restroom was clean and smelled clean. The food was fresh and delicious and the first... timer brownie was great. I highly recommend this shop for a quick meal and an awesome smile. Read more
I have never had such a terrible experience at a business. I bought over close to $50.00 worth of sandwiches. I ordered... online. On one of the sandwiches I asked for extra onions and pickles. I was told they had to charge me extra. I asked whysince only two of the other sandwiches had those toppings.... one being completely without toppings. I was irritated. Beclear... I wasn't try to exploited them... they were exploiting me. If I would had asked for the toppings on the side... itwould have been free but they would have had the additional cost of packaging. I still had them charge me. I left a 15percentage tip and fearing I wouldn't have enough money in my account i asked them to resend it? The man ringing up my total didme the extra favor beyond ripping me off (I paid for those toppings who cares which sandwiches i put them on) of attempting tohumiliate me by basically throwing his money down and insulting me. When they realized I was trying to give cash theyapologized. As far as i am concerned they can take their apology and shove. Great customer service... if you would have givenme what I already paid for then you'd still have a customer, but I will NEVER go back and I'll make sure to pass my experienceon to as many people as I can. This is by far one of the best sandwich shops here in Pahrump, NV. I tried the #14 as a salad on 09/29/2022 and is just as good... as a sub sandwich. This place is also very clean. The employees are very nice and professional. Anyone that is new here, Irecommend eating at this place. Read more
